WHEN SHOULD I CONSIDER A FERTILITY EVALUATION?
- Couples who have been trying to conceive for more than a year without success
- In couples in which the female partner is 35 or older and has tried to conceive for 6 months or more without success
- Irregular or absent menstrual cycles
- History of two or more miscarriages
- Previous ovarian or uterine surgery
- Past tubal ligation or vasectomy
- History of endometriosis
- Past treatment for cancer
