Dr. Krotz is an internationally recognized fertility physician and researcher, credited for creating the first Artificial Human Ovary.

This medical achievement led to his acclaim by being awarded Time Magazine’s “Top 10 Medical Breakthroughs of 2010”.

His passion to help women with Fertility and Reproduction began while studying Genetics at the University of California, Davis. This path led him to medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, where he earned a Doctor of Medicine.

Dr. Krotz completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine. His subspecialty studies in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility were completed at Brown University resulting in his groundbreaking research.

After working both in academic and private settings in Houston, San Antonio and the Greater Boston Area, Dr. Krotz dedicated himself to providing excellent patient care by founding Inovi Fertility & Genetics Institute, in Houston, Texas.

He is Double Board-Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology & Fertility, and Obstetrics & Gynecology.
